Douglas Collier
President |
 Douglas Collier founded CommNet International in 1986. Over the last two decades, his ambition and vision have been instrumental in CommNet's financial success. He is the guiding force behind the company's mission of providing the best customer service and support in the industry. Building a loyal and productive team of experts who share his vision and commitment to excellence is one of his greatest achievements.
Prior to founding CommNet, Mr. Collier worked in sales management and corporate marketing with Western Union Corporation for 15 years. In this role, he was instrumental in the development and marketing of the Western Union Easylink Data Network.
Mr. Collier holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
Art Leiby
Vice President of Technology |
 Mr. Leiby joined CommNet International in 1999 and has been instrumental in growing the company's technical staff and services offerings. He plays an active role in strategic decisions, technical development and delivery of services.
Prior to joining CommNet, Mr. Leiby co-founded ICANON Associates, a company specializing in custom software development. In this role, Mr. Leiby was part of an executive team responsible for research and development of a successful newspaper business application currently sold and marketed as NEWZware. Previously, Mr. Leiby worked as the MIS Director of The Alliance for 5 years where he facilitated and automated their business systems. Mr. Leiby began his career at AT&T as a programmer responsible for developing UNIX based business systems.
Mr. Leiby holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Moravian College.
Robert C. Irving
Senior Director, Client Services |
 As Senior Director, Mr. Irving takes full management and operational responsibility for CommNet's Production, Technical Support and Client Services teams. Prior to joining CommNet, Mr. Irving worked in the health care industry as a manager and therapist for 14 years. He began his career providing computer training in the adult education field.
Mr. Irving holds a Bachelor of Science from Trenton State College and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University.
Bob Puphal
Director of Technical Services |
 Mr. Puphal is responsible for Systems Administration, Product and Applications development at CommNet. He brings more than 32 years of systems development leadership and project management expertise to this position.
Prior to joining CommNet, Mr. Puphal was the Director of Information Systems at Philadelphia database publisher BIOSIS for 10 years. In this role, he led a series of business process redesign projects that automated all aspects of the business. Previously, Mr. Puphal was the Director of Information Systems at the Institute for Scientific Information and held positions at Decision Sciences Corporation, Control Data, and Burroughs.
Mr. Puphal holds a Bachelors Degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, a Masters of Business Administration from Drexel University, a Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University, and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
Ron Connors
Sales Manager |
 Ron Connors joined CommNet in 2001 and has more than 10 years experience working in Information Technology. Ron is responsible for the sales and marketing of our elite products and service offerings.
Prior to joining CommNet, Ron worked as a Senior Business Development manager with CDW (formerly MicroWarehouse)
Ron holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Richard Stockton College of NJ.
Donna J. Pedrera, PHR
Director of Business Administration |
 Ms. Pedrera joined CommNet International in 2001. She is responsible for recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, training and payroll. She brings more than 15 years experience in business management, specializing in human resources and finance, to her position.
Prior to joining CommNet, Ms. Pedrera was the Director of Human Resources for a large medical supply company. Previously, she worked in the consulting services industry for 10 years.
Ms. Pedrera holds a Bachelor of Science from Cabrini College. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the Society of Human Resources Management.
 Ms. Kirby attended Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. Prior to joining CommNet International in 2001, Ms. Kirby spent over ten years with GBC Technologies, a national computer distributor, involved in the sale and support of technology to the retail and corporate sectors and has over 20 years of experience in corporate operations.
As the Manager of Operations for an educational software company, Ms. Kirby was involved in the success of several new business ventures involving distance e-learning and an educational portal utilized by over 3,000 schools within its first 6 months.
Ms. Kirby is responsible for purchasing, sales operations and logistics for CommNet International.
