Lead Generation Executive

Our Lead Generation Executive team is responsible for calling into prospect companies and following up on our many marketing campaigns, identifying target roles, qualifying potential opportunities, and scheduling initial sales calls between prospects and our sales team.
This is a great opportunity for a go-getter to earn a great base salary and earn a big upside by delivering quality leads that turn into sales opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, call, and set appointments with target prospects within NJ, PA and DE
- Follow-up with participants in CommNet marketing campaigns
- Research target prospects and document
- Articulate the CommNet value proposition and negotiate initial objections as part of scheduling appointments
Qualifications:
- Strong cold calling and qualification skills
- Experience and confidence in prospecting and communicating with senior-level executives
- Confident and polished phone prospecting skills within companies of all sizes
- Ability to work in a team-goal oriented environment, and a proven track record in exceeding quota
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to proactively recommend ideas and execute on planned activities
- Excellent knowledge of sales development, lead generation practices and principles
- College degree preferred
- Self-motivated and driven
Compensation:
- 35-45K base Salary
- Commission + Bonus
